Georgia seller forms and contracts are documents that a seller uses, with the help of a listing agent, to place their property on the market to sell.
Metro Atlanta has two Multiple Listing Services (GAMLS and FMLS). We subscribed to both systems in order to ensure your listing is in both Realtor databases. Also, being ReMax Metro Atlanta real estate agents means our listings are also marketed worldwide on 27 rotating websites that ReMax contracts with so you will get local and international exposure.
The basic forms we use in Metro Atlanta for the majority of our sellers when listing a home include an exclusive seller listing agreement, seller’s property disclosure statement, lead based paint exhibit and temporary occupancy agreement for seller. We have included these forms for your viewing pleasure.
Because each listing is different, you may not need all of these forms but you may need forms that are not listed here. We will explain which documents you need and why. With e-signing it is easy to sign a listing agreement without reading it through, so please, never sign a contract unless you understand what you are signing and what the possible risks and pay-offs are for each document you put forth.
We hope these forms offer a lot of information and explain terms that will give you an idea what to expect when you move forward on this journey to sell your home. If you have any questions about these forms, talk to us!
