Georgia buyer forms and contracts are documents a prospective buyer uses with the help of a buyer’s agent to place an offer on the property they want to call their own.
The basic forms we use in Metro Atlanta for the majority of our buyers include a buyer-broker agreement, purchase and sales agreement, a financing contingency and sale or lease of buyer’s property contingency. We have included these forms for your viewing pleasure.
Because each sale is different, other forms may be required to submit with an initial offer. We will explain which contracts you need and why. With e-signing it is easy to sign an offer without reading it through, but please, never sign an offer unless you understand what you are signing and what the possible risks and payoffs are for each document you put forth.
We hope these forms offer good information and explain terms that will give you an idea what to expect when you move forward on this journey to find your dream home. If you have any questions about these forms, talk to us!
